All brand audits begin with a 30-minute Zoom session with our Brand Strategist, Nachole Johnson who'll gather more information on your business to determine your customers, competitors, marketing strategy and vision fo the future. 

After our call, we'll get started on the brand audit process. Brand audits typically take one (1) business week and a detailed written report is presented to you with strategy to go forward.

After you pay your invoice, you'll get a email with our Brand Audit Questionnaire that you'll need to fill out. After you fill out your questionnaire , we'll reach out to you to schedule a 30-min Zoom meeting with Nachole. After your call, Nachole will get to work on researching and conducting the Brand Audit. Nachole will compile all the information into a detailed report. After she is done with the report, she'll reach out to conduct an overview of the report.
