On average, most designs are completed in 2 business days. More extensive design requests (ex: multiple website pages) may take longer. 

That's a great question! It can be tough to find a full-time senior-level designer these days, and the costs can really add up ($100,000+ not including benefits). Aside from that, sometimes you might not have enough work to keep them busy 24/7, which means you're paying for unused time.

But don't worry, our monthly plan is here to help! You can pause and resume your subscription whenever you need to, so you only pay for graphic design when you actually have a need. Studio Design Lab is the perfect way to get the help you need without breaking the bank.

Everything is taken care of through your Project.co portal. In Project.co, you'll request, receive, and proof your design files before final delivery. 

Our team takes weekends and holidays off to recharge and spend time with loved ones. Any requests that come in Friday after 5 pm CST will be addressed first thing on Monday.

We also make sure to give plenty of notice for our yearly vacations so you can plan accordingly. You may pause your subscription if needed during this time.

For all design projects, I (Nachole) work as the creative director and project manager while my team takes care of the graphic designs. I will be your single point-of-contact for all requests. 

We understand you may not have enough design work to fill up entire month. Maybe you only have one or two design requests at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy.

Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

Due to the extensive (and custom) nature of our work, there will be no refunds or prorated payments issued.
